Services are provided by Simon Toutain (Saï T), sole trader, SIRET 952 405 314 00024, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: simon@saitbeats.com. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

You book by email. The price is the one shown on saitbeats.com or in the written quote I send you, in US dollars.

Payment is made in full, in advance, via PayPal (PayPal account or card). Work starts and the time slot is confirmed once payment is received.

Lessons last 60 minutes, beat reviews 30 minutes, by video call. You can move a session for free up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations or no-shows are not refunded. If I have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.

Guitar sessions and mixes are delivered within 5 working days after payment and receipt of all files, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Mixing includes 2 rounds of revisions. Guitar sessions include 1 revision. Extra revisions or major changes to the brief are quoted separately.

Mastering is optional (+$25 per track). It is done on the approved mix and delivered as a release-ready WAV (16-bit / 44.1 kHz) and MP3.

You must own or have cleared the rights to everything you send me. Your files are used only for your project and are never shared.

Once paid, you can use the guitar parts and mixes I deliver in your releases, with no further fee. Please credit “Guitar: Saï T” or “Mixed by Saï T”. For guitar, I keep my share of the composition if my parts are written for the track; we agree the split in writing before release.

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By asking me to start before the end of this period, you agree that you lose this right once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after the work has started, you pay for the part already done.
