If you join the list, I collect your email address, and only that. The form is provided by Kit, which stores the address and sends the emails. Kit is based in the United States, so your address may be processed there.

I use it to send news about releases, shows, offers and projects. Legal basis: your consent. I keep your address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to me to access, correct or delete your data.

I do not set cookies of my own, and this site has no advertising trackers. I measure audience with Umami Cloud, a cookieless tool: it counts visits and pages viewed, and shows roughly where visitors come from (country, referring site, device type). It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other sites, so no consent banner is needed. Umami's privacy policy: umami.is/privacy. Some third-party content below can also process technical data, such as your IP address, when it loads.

Videos from YouTube (Google), embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: Google's privacy policy.

Fonts loaded from Google Fonts: same policy.

Hosting by Netlify, which keeps technical connection logs: Netlify's privacy policy.

Links to Gumroad, Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and others take you off this site. Their own privacy policies apply, and purchases are handled by them: Gumroad, Bandcamp.

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to stop processing it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to simon@saitbeats.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
